Garage burglars linked to entries of several cars
Story tools:
WHEATFIELD—Men who broke into a Wildwing Drive garage early Friday are believed to have broken into several cars in the neighborhood, Niagara County sheriff’s deputies said.
The doors of several vehicles were found ajar, and a glove box was ransacked in one vehicle. Nothing was stolen, however.
A neighbor phoned police shortly after 2 a. m. after spotting two men repeatedly entering a garage. Stolen were a power washer, weed trimmer and a tabletop miter saw, items valued at more than $200. The trimmer and a woodworking router were later found on a neighbor’s property.
