The Niagara Frontier Koi and Pond Club will meet at 7 p. m. Oct. 9 at a new location—the Hamburg Fairgrounds in the New York State Lottery Building. A representative from the SPCA Wildlife Division will present a program. Live raptors. Children welcome.
