The Friends of the Kenan Herb Club will sponsor its annual plant and herb sale this weekend at the Kenan Center House and Gardens, 433 Locust St., Lockport. Hours are 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. Saturday and 11 a. m. to 2 p. m. Sunday. For information call the Kenan Center at 433-2617. The sale coincides with the Kenan Center’s 39th annual 100 American Craftsmen Show, today through Sunday ( www.kenancenter.org ). •••

Ikebana International Chapter 50 will meet at 10:30 a. m. Tuesday at the Buffalo Museum of Science. Jo Ellen Budnick will present a Chiko School workshop following the business meeting. For program and membership information, call 688-6691.

Willow Ridge Garden Club will meet at 7:30 p. m. Wednesday at Zion United Church of Christ. A talk on pesticides and a perennial plant exchange are planned.

Orchard Park Garden Club will meet at noon Thursday at the Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, 4369 S. Buffalo St., Orchard Park. Following the business meeting Mary Lehner, 2008 winner of the Marion A. Wilhelm College Scholarship, will speak. A perennial plant exchange is planned.
