Evans Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale and auction at 10 a. m. Saturday at the Schoolhouse Museum on Erie Road, Angola.

Forest Stream Garden Club will hold its biennial spring luncheon, ticketed auction and boutique of Mother’s Day gifts and plants at 11:30 a. m. Saturday at Fox Valley Country Club, 6161 Genesee St., Lancaster. Guests welcome. Call 688-6125.

Master Gardeners are sponsoring a plant sale and garden celebration from 9 a. m. to noon Saturday at the Cornell Cooperative Extension building, 401 N. Main St., Warsaw. There will be demonstrations, soil testing, a basket auction, refreshments and more. Free and open to the public.

East Aurora Garden Club will meet at noon Monday at St. Matthias Episcopal Church, 374 Main St., East Aurora. After lunch and a business meeting, Richard Smith, a member of the Bonsai Society, will present the “Art of Bonsai.”

Cheektowaga Garden Club will meet at 7 p. m. Monday in the Cleveland Hill High School faculty dining room, Mapleview Drive, Cheektowaga. Wayne Nova from Adams Nursery will present a program on the planting and care of perennials. Plants will be sold. Guests are welcome.

Kenmore Garden Club will meet at 10 a. m. Tuesday at the Kenmore United Methodist Church, 32 Landers Road, Kenmore. Judith Tucholski-Zon, director of the 8th District Federated Garden Clubs of New York State, will demonstrate flower arranging. Members will fill baskets with perennials or house plants to exchange. Guests welcome.

At 10:30 a. m. next Friday, the Kenmore Garden Club will donate and plant a tree at Wilton Parkway Island between Fayette and Hartford avenues, Town of Tonawanda.

East Park Garden Club will meet at 7 p. m. Tuesday at the home of Fay McDonald, 475 Park Place, Grand Island.

Countryside Garden Club of Elma will meet at 9 a. m. Wednesday at the Elma Library and carpool to Rochester to visit the Lilac Festival and Lamberton Conservatory and the Civic Garden Center (for a plant sale).

The Federated Amana Garden Club will meet at 11 a. m. Wednesday at the Covenant United Methodist Church, 539 Main St., West Seneca. Lunch and a tour of the West Seneca Greenhouse will follow. New members welcome.

Lancaster Garden Club will meet at 7 p. m. Wednesday at the Elks Lodge (off Broadway), Lancaster. Dave Swanka, of the Western New York Rose Society, will speak on selecting, planting and growing roses. New members welcome.

Western New York Herb Study Group will hold its annual fundraising auction and sale at 7 p. m. Wednesday at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Ave. Admission is $5. The public is welcome.

Alden Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale from 7 to 9 p. m. Wednesday at the Community Center, Main Street, Alden. Open to the public. Call 937-4510.

Youngstown Garden Club will host a presentation on rain gardens by Brenda Young, associate professor of biology at Daemen College, at 7 p. m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church, 100 Church St., Youngstown. Public welcome. On May 29 and 30, club members and volunteers will clean up Youngstown’s civic beds.

Garden Friends of Clarence will hold its perennial plant sale from noon to 6 p. m. Wednesday at the Clarence Town Park Large Pavilion, 10405 Main St., Clarence. Master Gardeners will be on site for soil testing from noon to 3 p. m. Auction begins at 6:30 p. m. Public welcome.
