The Federated Garden Clubs of New York State annual state meeting and installation of officers will be held March 22 to 24 at the Millennium Hotel, 2040 Walden Ave., Cheektowaga. Nova Scotia floral designer Neville MacKay will speak at the luncheon March 23. Also that evening, a dinner and performance of O’Connell&Company’s “Diva by Diva.” Tickets to either event are $50.
