The Niagara Frontier Koi & Pond Club will present its 2008 Koi & Goldfish Show this weekend at Menne Nursery, 3100 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst. Hours are 10 a. m. to 6 p. m. Saturday and 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. Sunday. Presentations on Saturday will include “Opening a Pond” (11 a. m.); “Adventures in Ponding” (1 p. m.) and “Water Features in the Garden” (3
p. m.). An auction of pond-related items will take place at 1 p. m. Sunday.

Federated Holland Garden Club will meet at 11 a. m. Wednesday at the Brink Memorial Community Center, Legion Drive, Holland. Following the business meeting and luncheon, members will travel to Woodside Gardens, 10723 Holland Glenwood Road, Holland, to create a “Dreamland” container garden with Carolyn Vogel, nursery owner and club member.

The Cinderella Isle Garden Club will meet at 7 p. m. Thursday at the Grand Island Memorial Library. Members will plant gardens at the library entrances, install officers, exchange perennial plants and enjoy refreshments at a member’s home. For club information, call Adele Upton, 773-5847.

The Parkside Community Association is sponsoring its 11th Annual Garden Tour from 10 a. m. to 4 p. m. June 22. The self-guided tour begins at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Jewett Parkway and Summit Avenue. Information and maps will be available day of the tour. Over 60 gardens will be displayed. A $5 donation to the PCA is encouraged.
