TV dates plentiful for UB

Smith sparks defense by getting ‘in the picture’

Defensive tackle Richie Smith came on strong in a backup role for the University at Buffalo at the end of his freshman season. He recovered a fumble in the fourth overtime at Akron, setting up the Bulls for victory.
